Cheap Neighbor Gifts @ Winco

Looking for a cheap neighbor gift idea? My sister-in-law made a layered soup mix in a jar last year for her co-workers using THIS recipe. She found all the ingredients in the bulk bins at Winco, so each mix cost her less than $1! Plus, she gave us one for Christmas and the soup was amazing. Your neighbors will love it!
