Individual Pizzas
Ingredients
1 Pillsbury Grands biscuits
2 cups cheese
1 can diced or stewed tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
2 cups pasta or pizza sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. On a floured surface roll out biscuits to 5 or 6 inches in diameter.
3. Transfer rolled biscuits to pizza pan.
4. Top each biscuit with 2-3 tablespoons pizza sauce.
5. Add cheese, tomato, black beans and artichoke hearts.
6. Bake for 14-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and tops are light brown.

2/3 cup water
1 ½ cups salsa
1 lb lean ground beef, cooked, drained
1 Pillsbury Grands refrigerated biscuits (any variety)
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Mexican cheese blend (4 oz)
1 cup sour cream, if desired
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. In medium saucepan, cook taco seasoning mix, water, 1/2 cup of the salsa and cooked ground beef until thickened.
3. Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Fill each with taco mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese. Fold dough over filling and press to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake 9 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining salsa, cheese and sour cream.

8 slices American cheese
8 oz thinly sliced deli ham
1 egg
1 teaspoon water
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Press 4 biscuits into 5-inch rounds on ungreased large cookie sheet. Top each with 2 slices cheese and 2 ounces ham.
2. Press remaining 4 biscuits into 6-inch rounds; place over ham. Press edges with fork to seal. Beat egg and water with fork; brush over biscuits.
3. Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cut each in half. Serve warm.

2 cans Pillsbury Grands Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
½ cup chopped walnuts, if desired
½ cup raisins, if desired 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
¾ cup butter or margarine, melted
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 12-cup fluted tube pan with shortening or cooking spray. In large -storage plastic food bag, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
2. Separate dough into 16 biscuits; cut each into quarters. Shake in bag to coat. Arrange in pan, adding walnuts and raisins among the biscuit pieces.
3. In small bowl, mix brown sugar and butter; pour over biscuit pieces.
4. Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in center. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn upside down onto serving plate; pull apart to serve. Serve warm.
