Remember that Walmart will match any competitor's prices, and will even match store brand for store brand. I recommend taking your stack of ads with you just in case, and a written list just like this!

Also remember to check your mailers before you go. A few weeks ago there were some differences between the Grocery Smarts List and my fliers! It's possible they vary slightly by region.

Very Helpful!! I'm trying so hard to do coupons and price matching...this is going to be my first time. It's hard! On your list you have a abbreviations for coupons...I don't understand what the abbreviations mean and where do you get them?

Hi! Here is some help with the abbreviations. SS = Smartsource coupon insert. PG = Proctor & Gamble coupon insert. RP = Red Plum coupon insert. So if I specify RP 5/15 above, that means the coupon you want is located in the Red Plum coupon insert dated May 15th.
