Can you do all these in one transaction?
You can, but remember you will have a higher out of pocket (and a pocket full of RR's at the end). The best way to do it is one after another, so you roll your RR's into the next transaction.
And remember that RR's are considered a MFQ in your transaction, and you can't use more MFQ's than you have items, so you may need a small filler if you're rolling. Ramen noodles or holiday pencils work great.

= $4.64 + get back$3 RR
$5.10 Kotex products (2)
$0.29 Ramen noodles
-$2/2 MFQ
