I've been frustrated lately with Target always being out of stock of the good sale items, even when I shop early in the week. But I was pleasantly surprised that most everything I was looking for was there (except the Nivea -- this was the last lone bottle on the shelf). Not too bad!

Winco

Can I just tell you how much I LOVE Winco's bulk food section? I emptied out 6 of my spice containers and refilled them with a fresh batch from Winco for less than $0.70! If I'd purchased these spices at the grocery store it would have been around $3.50 a pop! Wow!

I'm going to use the labels I bought at Target (above) to keep tabs on the dates that I refill my spices. I haven't been very good at doing that, and I realized a few of my rarely-used spices hadn't been refilled since I got married almost 4 years ago! I think this system will help me be better organized.

Did you go because I told you about it?

No, I'd been to Winco many times before! I just happened to be out of a few spices. :)
