Has this ever happened to you?... I had a dollar off coupon for a .99 item so target wouldn't accept it:(
Yes, I have had this happen! What I usually do is keep the Target coupon policy in my coupon binder with me, which states that Target will adjust the price of the coupon down to $0.99. Then I show it to the cashier or manager. If they still give me trouble, I leave and come back later.
